To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a business. By using Meshline, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Services Provided

Our services may include:

• AI-powered lead generation and qualification

• Automated follow-up and appointment setting

• CRM setup and integration

• Sales calendar booking systems

• Ad management automation

• Dashboard reporting

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Some services require setup fees or monthly subscriptions.

• Certain programs may include performance-based pricing or custom agreements.

• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Refunds & Guarantee

Select programs are covered by a “You Don’t Pay If We Don’t Perform” guarantee. Specific eligibility and refund criteria will be outlined in your onboarding agreement or service contract.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Onboarding or setup work already completed

• Cancellations made after agreed-upon deadlines

• Unused time within active billing cycles

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper execution, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely business info

• Respond to onboarding and service-related requests

• Not misuse our tools, automations, or systems for unethical activity (spam, fraud, misrepresentation, etc.)

7. Intellectual Property

All assets, systems, AI setups, scripts, or frameworks created by Meshline are owned by Meshline unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not duplicate, resell, or repurpose our IP without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Meshline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed leads, or system errors.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel with written notice, as outlined in your service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

Meshline may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance. The most current version will always be available at meshline.ai/terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
